Quick Ship Items:

Items marked with "Quick Ship" will ship out within 1-2 weeks. Items without this badge will vary based on availability, and you will receive an estimated date from us via email once the item has started production. For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Scheduling Your Delivery:

For large items shipped via a Freight Company, you will be contacted when your items have arrived at the final hub and be prompted to schedule your delivery. We ask that you communicate with the Freight Company to take receipt of your items as soon as possible.

What to Expect on Delivery Day:

We ask that you inspect all of your item(s) before signing any paperwork from a Freight Company. Once the product has been signed for as received with no damage, claims for a damaged item will not be able to be processed. An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.

In the event of any defect or damage noted at the time of delivery, Bridle & Hearth will replace the item to resolve the issue at no additional charge to you. Contact Us for more information.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date, with the order number. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for Custom Orders or Furniture Items. Other exclusions may apply. Contact Us for details.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Return Shipping Fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Bridle & Hearth reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Return Fees:

Any item(s) approved for return are the responsibility of the customer to get back to Bridle & Hearth within 14 days of return approval. You are responsible for all return fees associated with any return or exchange, with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damages.
